Final Preparation of Documentation for the Building Permit

For the final preparation of the documentation for the building permit, the original plan to build seven houses was abandoned. A proposal with six buildings is now being submitted. At this stage, the project was refined into a form that better corresponds to local conditions and to the comments received in previous negotiations. Reducing the number of buildings made it possible to create a harmonious layout for the entire site, more space for public areas, and a more sensitive integration of the buildings into the surrounding landscape. The resulting documentation represents a balanced compromise between the original vision and the requirements of the relevant authorities, neighbors, and the municipality.
