Evaluation of the Architectural Workshop

An evaluation committee, made up of municipal councillors, the investor, and experts, assessed the submitted architectural proposals and selected the winning design, prepared by the architectural studio AMB architekti s.r.o. This step concluded the competition process, in which the individual proposals were compared in terms of architectural quality, compatibility with the site, technical solution, and overall development concept. The winning design impressed with its thoughtfulness, respect for the landscape, and clear vision for the future appearance of the new center of Velká Úpa. The committee recommended it for further project development.
