Studio D 4.03 1+kk INVEST is a purposefully designed unit with a 1+kk layout and a total floor area of 41.07 m², located on the 4th floor above ground (the 3rd floor) of building D, part of the Rezidence Pod Portáškami project.

Building D is part of the residential complex's main street front and is located between buildings C and E. In its urban and architectural design it closely follows building B, sharing a similar character and proportions. It thus offers a balanced ratio between accessibility to the central part of the resort and the quiet residential environment of mountain living.
