Attic apartment E P.01 is a generously and thoughtfully designed unit with a 3+kk layout and a total floor area of 89.40 m², located on the 5th floor above ground (the 4th floor) of building E, part of the Rezidence Pod Portáškami project. This is the most spacious unit in the entire project. It also comes with a terrace facing west.

Building E closes off the street front of the whole E-D-C-B-A complex and is situated furthest from the main movement and activity of central Velká Úpa. As a result, it feels quieter, more intimate, and offers a higher degree of privacy than the buildings closer to the main square. The smaller number of units in the building contributes to a homely atmosphere and the feeling of a „smaller house“ rather than an anonymous aparthotel block.

Thanks to the west and east-facing windows and its position on the top floor of building E, the apartment gains natural, continuous daylight and visual contact with the surrounding mountain landscape and slope, or with the quieter part of the resort. The unit's location allows residents to experience the character of the mountain environment without direct contact with the bustle of public areas, which will be appreciated both by owners during recreational stays and by guests looking for quieter accommodation.

The layout is designed with an emphasis on functionality, efficient use of floor area, and ample storage space. The apartment is conceived to suit both private use and professional aparthotel operation. The unit will be handed over fully furnished with furniture, a kitchenette, and interior elements corresponding to the 4–5★ standard, with regard to long-term durability and easy maintenance.

Rezidence Pod Portáškami is being built in a location with the ambition of becoming a new natural center for Velká Úpa, as the second center of Pec pod Sněžkou, with a direct link to the ski area, hiking trails, and related services. Building E brings a quieter residential position to this concept, complementing the livelier part of the resort with a balanced counterpart.

A parking space in the underground garage and a separate storage space (ski box) will be added to the final price of the unit, both an integral part of comfortable year-round use of the mountain apartment.
